Immigration Medical Exam
An Immigration Medical Exam (also called Green Card Medical Exam or USCIS Medical Exam), including vaccinations, is required when people want to obtain lawful permanent resident status in the United States. All people who are filing for citizenship, immigrant visas, and some non-immigrant visas, refugees, and adjustments of status to that of a permanent resident (Green Card) must have a completed & submitted I-693 by a designated Civil Surgeon.
